Founded in 2008 by a seasoned advertising executive, CauseWay features a multidisciplinary team consisting of highly qualified professionals with relevant experience that spans more than 25 years. Meet Our Team
Robert (Bob) D. Schultz, co-founder of The CauseWay Agency, has over two decades of non-profit marketing communications and Public Service Advertising (PSA) expertise and experience working with leading non-profits and government agencies. Bob is the former Senior Vice President of The Advertising Council, where he supervised the entire PSA portfolio of over 35 campaigns, and later pioneered the Council’s Media Outreach and Development Department.
Kelley Cole Graham
Associate Creative Director
Kelley Cole Graham is a seasoned copywriter with a strong art and design instinct. She oversees CauseWay’s work for the National Fair Housing Alliance and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Housing Discrimination Prevention campaign. Kelley’s experience writing on both the client and agency side gives her a breadth of insight and knowledge, and also the skill, precision, and sophistication necessary to build better brands and more compelling messages. Kelley graduated from Georgia State University and the Portfolio Center.
Vice President, Communications and Media Analytics
As Vice President of Communications and Media Analytics at CauseWay, Triwi Harjito oversees operations of CauseWay’s advanced PSA Tracking and Reporting system. Triwi also works with our CauseWay team members help find top-rated media solutions for our clients. Triwi has been actively involved with several non-profit and community service organizations, including NYU’s Outreach Program (God’s Love We Deliver); Creative Coalition and Yale-New Haven Hospital. Triwi holds a B.A. in Economics and Anthropology from New York University and a master’s in Asian Studies from Cornell University.
Vice President, Marketing, Media & Communications
With more than 10 years of experience in multi-media marketing, advertising and creative development, Meghan contributes to many CauseWay client campaigns, such as U.S. EPA, National Fair Housing Alliance, Communities In Schools and ChildFund International. She contributes to the success of full-cycle campaigns, and listens to client’s needs to help further amplify the brand’s message. Previously, she worked at Charter Communications, the second largest cable system in the country. Meghan received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from Ithaca College.
Senior Art Director
Joe has worked as an art director for over 10 years, with more than 25 years of graphic design expertise. Joe works closely with the Account Director, Executive and Copywriter to create advertising visual concepts and designs. He has contributed his design talents to many CauseWay accounts such as U.S. EPA, the National Crime Prevention Council, CTrides, Communities In Schools, The National Fair Housing Alliance, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Joe received his B.F.A. from Syracuse University, with minors in Photography and Art History.
Juergen Dahlen brings an international perspective to his work at CauseWay. Juergen has developed creative campaigns for clients such as ChildFund International, Communities In Schools, and EPA’s Office of Transportation and Air Quality. Juergen attended Germany’s celebrated Werkkunstschule Wuppertal, where he studied visual communications. Shortly after, he joined GGK Advertising Group, working in Düsseldorf and Milan, where he worked on the famous Jägermeister campaign.
Dwight oversees paid media planning and buying for the CauseWay Agency. He has over 25 years of experience in media planning and placement for television, radio, cable, outdoor, digital and print. Dwight works on the creation of strategic marketing plans to reach desired audience targets. At CauseWay, Dwight’s expert knowledge is practiced on such accounts as U.S. EPA, American Kidney Fund, National Fair Housing Alliance and Hartford Public Schools. Dwight received a B.A. from Haverford College and an M.A. from Rutgers University in Political Science.
Digital Media Planning
Aaron Shapiro is an expert in digital media, having leveraged and mastered previous positions with traditional media. Aaron is an exceptional asset during the strategic media planning phase with his ability to negotiate and buy with extreme efficiency. For the last several years, Aaron has been CauseWay’s media guru across a variety of accounts such as CTrides, Communities In Schools, Hartford Public Schools, Pulmonary Hypertension Association and the National Crime Prevention Council. Aaron graduated from American University in Washington, D.C.
Jim Todd is an integral part of CauseWay’s creative team. He has put his writing and production skills to work on critical TV and Radio campaigns such as American Kidney Fund, National Crime Prevention Council, National Fair Housing Alliance, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Previously, Jim was involved in N40-Music, a New York City-based commercial music production company, for 20 years. Jim graduated from Ithaca College School of Music, where he majored in composition.
Jim Parry has more than 35 years of experience as a writer primarily working in broadcast, print and digital. He has developed various creative advertising campaigns, creating compelling headlines and body copy on behalf of CauseWay’s clients. Jim has dedicated his time to such accounts as U.S. EPA, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Military Pathways and National Crime Prevention Council. Jim is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University, with a concentration in Social Studies.
Senior Account Executive
Matt serves as an Account Executive on a number of CauseWay’s client campaigns. He specializes in digital marketing and has experience managing clients within the retail, B2B manufacturing, grocery, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and non-profit industries. Matt has both his BS and MBA from University of Albany where he majored in Business Management and Marketing.
Kito Cetrulo has been our senior strategist and lead market researcher for the past six years. In this capacity, she designs, implements and fields both quantitative and qualitative research. She developed her expertise as a Brand Planner for the agency J. Walter Thompson-New York, MTV-NY, and WGBH/Boston, where she served as Director of Research for the leading producer of PBS programming. Kito contributes invaluable insights and strategies for Hartford Public Schools, Communities In Schools, and the U.S. EPA. She is a graduate of Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
